Santa’s Secret File
Santa’s Secret File is a wonderful addition to your Santa visit.
Santa will come to your house with a ‘Secret File’ for each child.
Each file is set of four fun documents specifically personalized to each child.
The documents are printed on an antique parchment-style paper and very official looking!
‘Letter from Santa’ A personalized letter signed by Santa.
‘Personal File’ This document will have the child’s photo (if you choose to upload it) and it will list information about their behavior, interests, likes, etc. Santa will go over this report with them when he visits.
‘Official Nice Certificate’ signed by Santa. The certificate will have a blank gold foil embossing star in the corner. When Santa visits, he will take a hand-held embosser and emboss the start with gold raised letters proclaiming it’s officially ‘Santa Approved’!
‘Prep and Landing’ report. This document shows the results of the elves safety check of the house (Is the roof in good shape? Fire in the fireplace? Are the pets friendly? In it Santa tells him/her how proud he is of them.)
Santa's Secret File - How does it work?
When you sign up for Santa’s Secret File, you will be given a link to a website where you can enter information about each child into an online form.
Most of the information can be selected from checkboxes or drop-down selections and there are some free form fields to enter specific information.
When you have completed filling in the forms, Santa will get an email with your responses and use that to print out the four parchment documents for each child.
